3. Refunds

Refunds are available for the following situations:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you are eligible for a full refund upon return.
  • Unresolved Issues: If your item is returned for the same issue (damaged or incorrect) twice, and the issue is not resolved, you will be eligible for a refund.
